LTC Ryan P. Sullivan who studied at Fudan University in Shanghai as a member of the Class of 2018 recently had the honor and privilege of assuming command of 4-2 ARB, 2d Combat Aviation Brigade, USAG Humphreys, South Korea. LTC Sullivan felt it was a humbling experience to return to the place where he began his aviation career 16 years ago. and stated that he is forever grateful to all of those in his network who assisted him throughout his career and studies.
