COL Joseph Hilbert will put both his leadership and language skills to use as he has recently taken command of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center based at Hohenfels Training Center. COL Hilbert studied at the University of Leipzig as an Olmsted Scholar in the Class of 2003. COL Hilbert most recently was the commander of the 82nd Airborne Division Artillery (DIVARTY) at Ft.
